antu klia

kat klia neh mmg byk antu...hehehe biasa laa kawasan pedalaman kan...milik org asli plak tuh...byk kawasan kubur plak.....ramai member2 aku yg dah ter kena...

1- ader sorang ofis mate aku tuh balik2 jek dr surau kat satelit dia pi break kejap.tido 2 jam.pastu bila bangun jek muka dia ader kesan cam kena cakar ...besar plak tuh...memula dia mmg dah raser lain mcm dah pas kuar surau tuh.tp dia wat dono jek...tak sangka plak 'benda' tuh ikut n pi cakar muka dia.....mmg aku send nampak bekas cakaran tuh...
2-aku selalu gak arr dengar acik2 cleaner yg keje kat toilet ground level ngan kat parking area mtb ternampak antu yg ader kepala dgn tali perut jek tuh ..tah namer aper tah....ader sorang acik tuh sampai pengsan2 and terus brenti keje sbb dia takut ter nampak benda tu lagik...lemah semangat...hee..kalo aku yg nampak pon aku pengsan
3-kat ofis aku ader beberapa org jugak le yg penah dengar bunyik cam org dok nyanyi lagu dondang sayang...pastu dok buat bunyik cam men dodoi kan budak....nih staff2 lelaki yg dengar..dia org pon kecut perut.....tp nak buat cemaner kan..tp kejap je bunyik tuh....pastu ilang...bunyik mmg jelas...bayang kan kalo korang tengah2 mlm..masuk ofis tetiba jek bunyik org dodoi anak ngan lagu dondang sayang ..heee meremang bulu roma
4-pan pacific klia pon banyak antu...ader kawan aku keje house keeper kat situ penah citer masa dia dok mengemas2 katil...dr ekor mater dia dok nampak ader org duduk kat birai katil dok hayun2 kaki...then bila dia toleh..tak de pulak..ilang....
5-ader budak2 security mab penah citer kat aku kat area gate G10 ngan H10 dia org penah nampak budak2 org asli tengah main kejar2.....tp dia org buat biasa je.meronda as if tak nampak budak2 tuh.tp dlm ati..kecuttt... tau je laa kat hujung2 gate tuh kan sunyi sepi kalo tgh mlm kan...mmg very spooky...
6-kat ofis aku....mtb level 4...dlm toilet tuh member aku penah kena.dia tgh cuci muka..pastu tetiba jek ader ppuan datang dari dinding belah kanan..lalu kat blkg dia and jalan terus tembus ke dinding belah kiri. .sajer nak menakutkan member aku nih .konon2 nak tunjuk diri dia...member aku nih pon aper lagi..muker tak abis basuh terus lari masuk ofis..hehe kesian akak tuh....
7-setau aku laa kan...kat blkg info counter satelit tuh yg ader air tejun tuh kan..org kater kubur tok batin org asli...dia tanak pindah dr tpt tuh.sbb tu le mab terpaksa buat tpt tuh seakan2 taman...dengar2 mmg btol ader kubur tok batin dlm tuh...tp slama aku keje kat klia neh..alhamdulillah laa belum penah ter jumpa dgn benda2 nih semua....mintak di jauh kan.....
nih semua member2 aku yg citer...tapi aku rasa mmg tak mustahil benda2 nih dok menebeng kat klia nih..tau jelaa klia nih dulu kan kawasan hutan dan kg org asli...ader byk kubur di sekitar nyer yg dah di musnahkan utk dijadikan kawasan terminal....even kat tower dca tuh pon ramai bangla yg mati masa dia dlm pembinaan...org ckp bangla2 yg mati tuh dia org tepek kan terus dgn simen...terus melekat kat tower tuh...betol ke tak tuh ntah laa....

ok..ni jek yg mampu aku taip buat maser neh...pjg dah tuh...supaya korang maklum yg klia neh mmg byk antu..hehehe

ada satu hari itu.kisah paling seram saya kat KLIA..masa tu aku tengah tunggu flight untuk pi sabah..malam malam ni baru je sampai dari USA...tangki dah penuh so kena le cari tandas...dah tak tahan..nampak tandas terus je masuk..masa masuk tu aku tengok tak de orang la...terus masuk cubicle and melepas...lepas dah sudah segala aku pun keluar...alih alih tandas tu penuh dengan pompuan (aku ni lelaki)..pramugari-pramugari cun gila lagi tu...ALAMAK!!!. aku terus keluar dan tengok tanda kat luar...rupanya tandas pompuan aku masuk...thehehehe...

orang putih yang melintas depan tandas tu tengok aku semacam je..dengan muka tebal aku pun cepat-cepat jalan pi duduk jauh jauh dari tandas tu...thehehe..alangkah seramnya...kalu suma pramugari tu menjerit habis aku...serammmmmmmmmm!!

3. Be a good listener...! Jgn ko sorg je bebel masa perjumpaan pertama...
4. Kalu nak ajak dia kuar, ajak member² dia skali... so that awek tu tak rasa was²... err... mana tau kalu member² dia lagik cumil..... hehe....!
5. Terlalu pemalu? Kikis sikap tu...!
6. Kalu minum bersama, pastikan ader menda nak diborakkan... Jgn sampai both side membisu seribu bahasa...
7. Be funny... Tapi jgn sampai perbodohkan diri sendiri atau org lain (terutamanya awek yg kita nak pika tu)...

Causes of Insomnia

There are various causes of insomnia, including stress, mental illness and medical ailments. When a person suffers, insomnia it is often difficult to sleep at night and during the day coping is often frustrating. When a person lives with chronic pain it can affect the mind to the point sleep is next to impossible. Cancer, incident related pain, accident injuries and various other types of pains including arthritis are common pains and aches that include symptoms of insomnia.

Central nervous impairments can also cause insomnia to occur, thus medicines are needed to help the mind find a source of calmness. Sleeplessness may be existing for a variety of reasons, thus medical treatment is often the answer to find out what is happening to the body, with the exception that a mental ailment is underlying the problem.

For the duration of the day persons may find it difficult to function, thus taking short breaks is healthy if insomnia exists. It is also helpful to find time for exercise, since it is proven that fitness is part of living a healthy life and enforces the mind and body to function properly. If you are, accustom to skipping meals, practice-eating habits by eating a hearty breakfast, a light lunch and a healthy supper. Many people skip meals believing that it will help them lose weight, but to the contrary skipping meals will only increase the chances of weight gain. It is also acceptable to have healthy snacks between meals without worrying about gaining weight. Thus, when the balance is off balance is when weight becomes a threat.

Other causes of insomnia may stem from changes. When a new baby arrives, a death occurs or a job switch takes place a person may feel overloaded with stress or else overly excited and may lose sleep temporarily. Thus, temporary situations are rarely lasting, but when they do become lasting then again medical or mental support is required to find a resolve.

If you suffer insomnia, it is imperative that you avoid any chemicals or substances that can cause you to mislay sleep before resting hours. Working out is noble, but do not exercise before bedtime, since exercise will augment your adrenaline, thus making you feel energized and restless. It is also imperative to learn calming modus operandi to have power over the mind. During the evening at what time you lie down to rest, you may want to read a soothing paperback, or else listen to quiet tunes on the box. It is imperative that you avoid television during resting hours, unless it relaxes your mind so that you will fall asleep. TV is a distraction, with the exemption that few people can fall a sleep with the television sounding in the background. If TV is obliging then keep the noise down low so that you can rest. Few experts may recommend that you rest in a dark area of the home, however, during my studies I noted few children had difficulty sleeping with the lights off. Therefore, finding the right area for rest suitable to you is the best solution, since you know your self better than they know anyone.

Practicing healthy tactics can help you to avoid health issues that may lead to insomnia. Thus, if you are secure from insomnia then obviously you are doing a good job. However, few experts believe that insomnia is linked to genetics. You may want to learn your ancestry history to find out if you are subject to insomnia and start fighting now before it hits later. I try to look back through my history to see if this is true, and sure enough I do have a history of insomniacs, thus after living I suppose that genetics may play a role, but I am a firm believer that if you start fighting now, later may never come.

Finally, insomnia is a master of the mind; do not allow insomnia master your life by staying ahead of the game of life and stressors.
